MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS USING PARTIAL DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS FOR NONLINEAR HEAT TRANSFER MODELS IN A HETEROGENEOUS MEDIUM
Abstract
The paper analyzes nonlinear heat transfer in a heterogeneous medium using nonlinear PDEs, showing how spatial variability affects diffusion, stability, and uniqueness. Analytical results (Sobolev spaces, energy estimates) are confirmed by finite-difference simulations, demonstrating strong sensitivity to heterogeneity and nonlinearity, with applications in composites, thermal systems, and environmental models.
