Dataset supporting article: The effect of linear laser polarization angle on internal ultrashort-pulsed laser processing of bulk quartz crystal

The Figure 5 dataset contains comma separated data which relate the pulse energy thresholds for absorption and damage and the arbitrarily chosen array pulse energies to their appropriate angles. The errors were calculated from the repeatability of the power meter used to verify pulse energies. The Figure 6 dataset contains comma separated, calculated absorption thresholds which use the data obtained for Figure 5 as boundary conditions and Equation 1 from the paper, across a 0 - 90 degree range. The modification thresholds shown on this graph come from column 2 in the Figure 5 Data txt file. Figure 5 Graph shows the graph generated from the Figure 5 Data txt file.
