Research data supporting: "Electrically controllable superconducting memory effect in UTe2"
Abstract
Research data underpinning the discovery of a superconducting memory effect in UTe2. The data consists primarily of current-voltage DC measurements of UTe2 single crystals, measured by the 4-probe technique in SECUF. Measurements were performed in a hybrid all-superconducting magnet system, with a maximal field of 30T. Samples were placed within a dilution refrigerator, achieving a base temperature of 50mK. DC current ramps and pulses were excited using a dual Keithley 6221/2182a combination.
