Abstract

This dataset contains soil temperature and soil volumetric water content measured by four soil sensors installed at 5 cm depth and connected to four LI-COR automated closed dynamic soil flux chambers. Measurements were conducted at the ATTO site in 9 field campaigns conducted between May 2022 and May 2024.
