EU request on the inventory of Member States’ monitoring programmes of bycatch of endangered, threatened, and protected (ETP) species under the service of DG ENV

The inventory provides information on monitoring programmes and studies on the bycatch of endangered, threatened, and protected (ETP) species, based on the reporting of seventeen EU Member States to a dedicated ICES data call. The inventory includes information on different types of monitoring methods in operation through 2025 and includes 244 monitoring schemes. It is an update to an inventory first published by ICES in 2022
