The article provides an international legal analysis of the International Criminal Court’s involvement in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The author discusses the Court’s jurisdictional framework, including the significance of the Rome Statute, mechanisms for initiating proceedings, and the challenges related to the enforcement of arrest warrants. Particular attention is given to political and legal obstacles, arising from the lack of universal ICC membership and the divergent positions of states on its competence. The article also examines the international community’s reactions, the activities of the ICC Prosecutor, and potential future scenarios, highlighting the necessity for the Court to adapt flexibly to the realities of modern armed conflicts.
