Abstract

This study is based on the analysis of the organizational climate within academic communities, where it has been identified that an unfavorable institutional climate generates ineffective work dynamics, affecting staff willingness and performance. This situation has negative impacts on the quality of educational delivery and weakens commitment in training centers. The main objective is to examine the relationship between organizational climate and job performance in educational centers in the Lambayeque region, 2025. To achieve this, a basic quantitative approach was adopted, with a non-experimental design and descriptive-correlational scope. The research considered educators and administrative workers as the population, and worked with a probabilistic sample of 38 participants. Data collection was carried out using a Likert-scale questionnaire, and the processing included normality tests and correlational analysis using Spearman’s coefficient. The results indicate that the evaluation of organizational climate is mostly at medium (53.4%) and fair (21.1%) levels. Additionally, a high and statistically significant positive correlation was identified between organizational climate and job performance (rho = 0.879; p < 0.01). In summary, it is concluded that a strengthened institutional environment boosts workers’ job effectiveness and helps raise pedagogical standards.
