A measuring device for monitoring of external respiratory indices by dielcometry method
Abstract
Reliable operational remote assessment of the patient's condition during outpatient treatment of a number of diseases, including socially significant ones, cannot be complete and reliable without determining the state of the respiratory system by measuring external respiratory indices. This determines the urgency of developing a portable measuring device with a wireless interface for transmitting measurement information in real time during monitoring, the design of which allows the patient to wear it for a long time. Work purpose – development of a portable measuring device for remote monitoring of external respiration indices. Two variants of the dielcometric sensor design were developed, comparative experimental studies were carried out, on the basis of which the fields of application of both variants of the sensor were determined, the structure and algorithm of functioning of the device for measurement of external respiration indices by dielcometry method were developed. The development of a portable device for measuring external respiration indices will allow to carry out remote monitoring of the patient's respiratory system state in the process of outpatient treatment.
