Abstract
Turkey (Meleagris gallopavo) semen CD14+ macrophages – management, key features, and classification – a pilot study with optimized protocols: raw dataThe purpose of the study was to isolate turkey semen macrophages and optimize protocols for their characterization based on specific macrophage markers, facilitating their classification into CD14+iNOS+ and CD14+IL10+ subpopulations using immunofluorescence (IF) staining and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS).This dataset contains 3 tables in .ods format:-Table 1. Quality parameters of individual semen samples used for FACS (n=4). (.ods)-Table 2. Characteristics of turkey semen CD14+ macrophages measured by flow cytometry. Data represent the percentage of CD14+ macrophages, their subpopulations (CD14+iNOS+ and CD14+IL10+), and the CD14+iNOS+/CD14+IL10+ ratio (n = 4). (.ods)-Table 3. Measurement of CD14+ macrophages diameter (n=35). (.ods)
