Abstract

Dataset comprising of raw genetic reads and results of Poa annua specimens from different populations, that were grown in ex-situ and sequenced.Data was prepared and used for publication"Is Poa annua a skin-changer? Annual-perennial life history shift enables the species to conquer Antarctica" by Rudak A, Galera H and Wódkiewicz M. (in review)POA220127_S54_L001_R1_001.fastq.gz and POA220127_S54_L001_R2_001.fastq.gz contain raw reads sequenced on Illumina MiSeq platform, one file for reverse and one for forward reads.Haplotypes_all.fasta is a Fasta file with DNA sequences for individuals of 4 regions of cpDNA selected for the studyStructureResults.zip is a complete STRUCTURE type analysis of the haplotypes
