Abstract

This dataset comprises measurements of the impedance characteristics of a quartz microbalance and the corresponding variations in sensor temperature under different excitation signal conditions. The set of data contains:Data_description.txt - additional, more detailed information about the conditions of the experimentB3_Holder_a.png – schematic cross-sectional diagram of the holder developed for the purposes of the experimentB3_Holder_b.png – photograph of the sensor mounted in a holderB3_Z_DL1.txt – measurement data of sensor impedance characteristics under DL1 excitation conditionsB3_Z_DL2.txt – measurement data of sensor impedance characteristics under DL2 excitation conditionsB3_T_DL2.txt – measurement data of sensor temperature changes under DL2 excitation conditionsB3_Z_DL3.txt – measurement data of sensor impedance characteristics under DL3 excitation conditionsB3_T_DL3.txt – measurement data of sensor temperature changes under DL3 excitation conditionsPlease read the ReadMe.txt and Data_description.txt file for additional information. The dataset was prepared as part of the National Science Centre Miniatura 8 research grant, DEC-2024/08/X/ST7/01125, entitled: Badanie wpływu niehomogenicznych pól termicznych na charakterystykę odpowiedzi wysokoczułych sensorów piezoelektrycznych. (Analysis of the influence of non-homogeneous thermal fields on the response characteristics of highly sensitive piezoelectric sensors). The project was carried out by dr.
