Abstract

The collection of data is related to the manuscript “Designing safer functionalised ionic liquids: Monoterpene-derived compounds for greener agrochemical development”The research was conducted during Opus 19 project (UMO-2020/37/B/NZ9/04201) granted by National Science Center (Poland). The goal of this grant is to synthesize a broad range of bio-inspired, environmentally safe ionic compounds and integrate them into intelligent 3D hydrogel delivery systems, enabling controlled release of active agents and assessing their impact on the growth and physiology of major crop species. The set of data contains:raw NMR data (jdf) of obtained quaternary imidazolium chlorides and FILsHRMS screenshots (pdf) of obtained quaternary imidazolium chlorides and FILsThermal txt data including DCS and TGA analysis of obtained quaternary imidazolium chlorides and FILsPhytotoxicity raw data (xlsx)Photosynthetic pigments data (xlsx)H2O2, MDA, SOD, CAT, POD content raw data (xlsx)
