Secreted Novel AID/APOBEC-like Deaminase 1 (SNAD 1) -a new important player in fish immunology: raw data
Abstract
Expression of secreted novel AID/APOBEC-like deaminase 1 (SNAD1) in carp: tissue distributrion and response to temperature acclimation, and viral and bacterial infection: raw dataThe purpose of this study was to investigate expression of carp snad1 in relation to tissue distribution, temperature acclimation, and viral and bacterial infection. The dataset contains 2 directories with 8 excel spreadsheets, showing real time PCR expression data. The directory 1 "Expression of snad1_810 in carp tissue library" contains 4 files in .ods format, containing data on expression of snad1-810. Tissues library data are shown as normalized copy numbers, other results as fold change. Table 1. Expression of snad1_810 in carp tissue library (brain, gill, testis, intestine, heart, head kindey, kidney, liver, skin, spleen) (.ods).Table 2. Expression of snad1_810 in testis, liver, and spermatic duct in relation to low (10 °C) and high (30 °C) temperature. (.ods).Table 3. Expression of snad1_810 in liver relation to infection of carp with viruses (Carp Edma Virus (CEV) and Koi Herpes Virus (KHV). (.ods).Table 4. Expression of snad1_810 in liver in relation to infection of carp with Aeromonas salmonicia. (.ods).The directory 2 "Expression of genes encoding for potential SNAD1 in carp liver" contains 4 files in .ods format, containing data on expression of 13 snad_1 genes (snad1-063, snad1-160, snad1-208, snad1-316, snad1-409, snad1-448, snad1-506, snad1-769, snad1-800, snad1-810, snad1-835, snad1-946 and snad1-962) in carp liver. Data are shown as normalized copy numbers.Table 1. Expression of snad_1 genes in relation to infection with Aeromonas salmonicia. (.ods).Table 2. Expression of snad_1 genes in relation to infection with Carp Edma Virus. (.ods).Table 3. Expression of snad_1 genes in relation to infection with Koi Herpes Virus. (.ods).Table 4. Expression of snad_1 genes in relation to acclimation to low (10 °C) and high (30 °C) temperetures.
