Datasets "Extended defocus tolerance for image quality in two-photon vision"

This dataset accompanies the study Extended Defocus Tolerance for Image Quality in Two-Photon Vision. The datasets include accommodative amplitude measurements obtained using the push-up method, together with experimental measurements of image quality as a function of defocus for both one-photon (1P) and two-photon (2P) vision. Measurements from all 12 subjects are reported individually in the datasets.
