Abstract

The current and final report, Risk Management Plan 3.0, concludes that throughout the project an open communication in the executive board, was crucial to highlight and subsequently pro-actively mitigate arising risks. The provided tools of risk reporting, either with the provided form or anonymously through a web interface was not used at all. This shows that the risk reporting itself need to be evaluated as a risk if it is not accepted in the community, and alternative methods must be established to compensate.
