Abstract

Background: To evaluate the thickness of GC-IPL by using SD-OCT in the south Indian population receiving chronic HCQ therapy.Materials and Methods: In this cross-sectional study, 50 patients receiving HCQ therapy for a 5-year duration were compared with 50 normal subjects in the control group with no treatment history. The GC-IPL thickness was measured using SD-OCT.Results: The average GC-IPL thickness was lower in HCQ-treated group than in control subjects, with a significant p-value
