Abstract
This article is a continuation of an article published in the journal “Russian Investigator” (№ 9. 2025). On the basis of the studied practice, the features of the appointment of forensic examinations in the investigation of driving to suicide committed in the professional sphere of a person’s life were considered. The article contains fragments of the verdict in a criminal case on bringing a subordinate to suicide.
