TAMS_visualisation

Processing code for running different types of TAMS visualisations based on files generated by TAMS extraction process, plus a Python script for running some analyses. Please note the geneticVis code requires a file generated by TAMS with the suffix 'unmatched' file. This .csv, generated for each compared pair, lists each token in the transcript, along with whether or not it was matched to other content. For reasons of performer anonymity it was not provided in this dataset, but is generated by TAMS code should you apply it to your own transcripts.
