Abstract
This rapid evidence review constitutes the second part in a three-part review series. While the other two reviews examine the economic and equity dimensions of Science and Technology (S&T) partnerships for sustainable development, this review focuses on assessing the extent to which such partnerships contribute to, shape, or constrain progress towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
