A Decision Making Framework Using Parameterized Interval Valued Fuzzy Soft Expert Sets
Abstract
The notion of a soft expert set, which allows a user to access the opinions of all experts in a single model and apply it to decision-making situations, was established by Alkhazaleh and Salleh in 2011. In addition, they presented the idea of the fuzzy soft expert set, which combines the concepts of the fuzzy and soft expert sets. By merging the interval-valued fuzzy set and soft set models, Yang et al. introduced the idea of an interval-valued fuzzy soft set in 2009. This study aims to integrate the research of Alkhazaleh and Salleh (2011) and Yang et al. (2009), resulting in the development of a novel idea: the parametrized interval-valued fuzzy soft expert set (PIVFSES). Furthermore, we analyze the features of its operations complement, union intersection, AND, and OR and introduce them. A decision-making problem is analyzed using the parametrized interval-valued fuzzy soft expert set. Additionally, our approach will be more effective and valuable as it allows the user to know the opinions of all the specialists in one place. We provide a final application of this idea to decision-making situations.
