A cientificidade da linguística inatingível

The aim is to understand how and why the scientificity oflinguistics is questioned in Gadet and Pêcheux's “A línguainatingível: o discurso na história da linguística” (1981). The proposal is to understand how Auroux’s reflections can elucidate this work. To do so, a graph is constructed, a digital network, which describes the retrospective horizon of the authors’ book. Understanding that the history of ideas has more to do with epistemology than with historiography - in addition to describe it would be necessary to explain, according to Auroux – the strangeness of the text, due to its epistemological character, as interior and at the same time as external to the scientific field, will be thought.There are approximations and distances between the Auroux’s positions and the authors’ positions. The understanding of such movements contributes to possible encounters of discourse analysis and the history of linguistic ideas.
