Breves lições dialéticas
Abstract
Teaching is a profoundly dialectical act, or at least it should be. In the field of academic production, there are important works that seek to present a reflection on didactics, understood in this article as teaching theory, based on marxism, that is, on dialectical thinking. However, dialectics is a way of thinking that, due to its complexity, is often presented in a dogmatic and vulgar manner, or in an overly abstract way. With this in mind, the purpose is to present Bertolt Brecht's dialectical thinking as a valuable tool for teaching practice based on marxism. In this sense, excerpts from Brecht's works, referred here as “brief dialectical lessons,” have been transcribed, which are considered powerful examples of the living exercise of dialectical thinking, a way of thinking that is even more necessary in obscurantist and lacerating times of capitalism in crisis, whose effects resonate violently in the pedagogical and school fields.
