"The dataset comprises firm-level panel data from 254 publicly listed Indian manufacturing firms for the year 2025. It integrates information from annual reports, Bloomberg, LSEG, and sustainability disclosures - to construct a multidimensional supply chain flexibility (SCF) index. The dataset captures supplier and customer breadth, competitive intensity, supplier ESG orientation, working capital efficiency, business group affiliation, and firm performance (financial and supply chain performance). The dataset is suitable for empirical research on supply chain design, organizational structure, sustainability, and performance under varying environmental conditions."
