Abstract

"Rooted in the core of the Shuiquan Scientific Philosophy System, this intelligent journal system breaks the rigid constraints of traditional academic evaluation and constructs a three-dimensional architecture of \"Knowledge Flow Layer + Quantum Verification Layer + Value Evaluation Layer\". Based on the cornerstone of openness and open-source, it subverts the evaluation logic of \"mainstream paradigm supremacy\" through precise clustering of HEAL Net semantic embedding, high-fidelity verification of the quantum verification layer, differentiated review by multi-agents, and civilization-level value screening, shifting focus to the core values of disruptive innovation and the progress of human civilization. The system integrates key modules such as multilingual translation and KMS\/Vault secure signature, boasting unbiasedness, reproducibility, and self-evolution capabilities. It not only provides an expressive space for Socratic speculation, Laozi-style philosophical thinking, and Buddhist insights but also removes academic barriers for Einstein's breakthroughs, Da Vinci's cross-boundary innovation, and Tesla's technological exploration. Instead of taking the superficial quality of papers or authoritative endorsement as criteria, it regards the disruptiveness of ideas and the driving force for scientific progress as the core evaluation standards. It allows every individual with innovative concepts to break through resource constraints and circle barriers, becoming a wisdom practitioner promoting the leap of human civilization. Ultimately, it builds a future academic ecology where everyone can contribute top-tier wisdom and realize the value of their ideas."
