"This dataset provides a structured registry of global AI education and AI literacy initiatives collected and organized by the AI Assessment Board (AAB). It is designed to support research, policy analysis, ecosystem mapping, standards development, and public-interest documentation of emerging AI education efforts across regions and institutional contexts.Initiative records may include country or region, initiative name, lead organization, organization type, target audience, education level, program focus, delivery model, AI literacy theme, teacher training component, public resource availability, implementation status, source reference, and notes on relevance to AI education evidence development.The dataset includes initiatives from governments, nonprofit organizations, universities, research groups, education networks, community organizations, technology organizations, and public-private collaborations where applicable. It is intended to help users understand how AI literacy and AI education are emerging globally across K\u201312 education, higher education, teacher professional development, workforce training, community learning, and public education contexts.This dataset does not contain raw student data, personally identifiable learner information, confidential institutional data, or private assessment records.
