Abstract

Organizations operate within regulatory environments that require structured compliance monitoring, documentation management, and policy adherence. Many institutions continue to rely on manual compliance procedures that create delays in document verification, regulatory review, and risk monitoring. This research examines the design of a digital compliance management system that supports regulatory documentation, policy tracking, and operational risk monitoring. The proposed framework integrates document management modules, compliance verification workflows, and reporting dashboards that assist organizations in maintaining regulatory documentation standards. The system architecture combines structured document repositories, policy tracking interfaces, and reporting tools that allow compliance officers to review contractual records, operational policies, and regulatory obligations in a centralized environment. Case analysis demonstrates that structured digital compliance systems improve documentation accuracy, support consistent policy monitoring, and reduce administrative workload during regulatory review processes. The findings show that management information systems can support compliance-oriented operations through organized documentation management and structured reporting procedures.
