How credible is the REACH regulation without transparency, quality criteria, assurance, and control?
Abstract
ECHA has neither established quality criteria for regulatory exposure models nor set transparency requirements under REACH, and it does not follow international terminology standards. It allows the use of qualitative exposure models in quantitative exposure assessment.
