European Double Standard
Abstract
When Europe regulates, it is wisdom; when the Global South does, it is nationalism. This post exposes how digital sovereignty, innovation, and precaution are celebrated in Brussels but condemned elsewhere and why this double standard is the colonial afterlife of global tech law.
