A ética em pesquisa com seres humanos e a publicação científica em periódicos na área de ciências agrárias

This research evaluated the adherence of Agrarian Sciences journals in SciELO Brazil to ethical standards for human research. The exploratory and descriptive study analyzed the "Instructions to Authors" of 96 journals, identifying the frequency and nature of ethical guidelines. The results reveal a heterogeneous scenario, with many journals showing an absence or generic mentions of ethics, while others require committee approval and adherence to standards like Resolution 466/2012. This lack of standardization points to the need for greater consistency in editorial requirements within the field.
