السنن الإلهية في القرآن الكريم دراسة موضوعية في ضوء الواقع المعاصر

تعالج الدراسة مفهوم السنن الإلهية وأهميتها كما وردت في القرآن الكريم، وتحليلها في ضوء الواقع المعاصر، من أجل معرفة مدى إسهامها في تنمية الوعي الإنساني والنهوض برقي حضارة الأمة الإسلامية، وتتجلى أهمية دراسة السنن الإلهية في إبراز الحكمة الإلهية الثابتة في القرآن الكريم التي تحكم حركة الكون والإنسان، باعتبارها قواعد ثابتة لا تتغير ولا تتبدل مع مرور الزمن ومهما تغيرت الظروف مع محاولة فهمها في ضوء التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية للأمم، ويوضح البحث كيف عالج القران الكريم موضوع السنن الإلهية؟ وما علاقة ذلك بالواقع المعاصر خاصة في خضم التحديات التي تعاني منها الأمة الإسلامية؟، ويهدف البحث إلى توضيح مفهوم السنن الإلهية في القرآن الكريم وخصائصها، وكذلك إبراز ضرورة معرفة السنن الإلهية لما لها من دور في تشكيل الوعي الإنساني والايماني، وأيضا تقديم منهجية علمية لفهم وتطبيق السنن الإلهية بما يتناسب مع العصر الحديث، كما يهدف لإبراز أهمية التوازن بين الثبات والتجديد في التعامل مع السنن الإلهية، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الموضوعي، من خلال دراسة النصوص القرآنية المتعلقة بالسنن الإلهية وتحليلها بشكل موضوعي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام أسلوب المقارنة من خلال مقارنة نتائج هذا التحليل مع تجارب وممارسات مجتمعية معاصرة بهدف فهم كيفية تطبيق السنن الإلهية عمليًا لتوضيح مدى انسجام السنن الإلهية مع الواقع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي والسياسي، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث: أن كلمة " سنن " في السياق القرآني، لها دلالات متقاربة من حيث المعنى، ومن ذلك: سنن الله تعالى أي الطرق التي يصرف الله سبحانه بها هذا الكون علوية وسفلية وفق إرادته وحكمته المطلقة، وبما يحقق مصلحة الإنسان عاجلا وآجلا، كما أن السنن الإلهية قوانين ثابتة لا تتغير ولا تتبدل، لكنها تقبل التطبيق بمرونة وفق ظروف الزمان والمكان، وكذلك فهم سنن الله تعالى في الكون وفي المجتمعات ضرورة منهجية وأساسية للمسلم بصفة خاصة وللإنسان بصفة عامة لما لها من أهمية في تشكيل الوعي الإنساني وتطور المجتمعات، كما أن الجهل بفهم سنن الله سبحانه وتعالى يؤدي إلى الركود الإنساني وضعف المجتمعات وفشلها، وأيضا أن إدراك السنن الإلهية يساهم في تعزيز البناء الأخلاقي والاجتماعي والسياسي السليم في المجتمعات الحديثة. The study addresses the concept of divine laws and their importance as mentioned in the Holy Qur’an, and analyzes them in light of contemporary reality, in order to know the extent of their contribution to the development of human awareness and the advancement of the civilization of the Islamic nation. The importance of studying divine laws is manifested in highlighting the constant divine wisdom in the Holy Qur’an that governs the movement of the universe and man, As fixed rules that do not change or alter with the passage of time and no matter how much circumstances change, while trying to understand them in light of the social, economic and political changes of nations, the research explains how the Holy Qur’an dealt with the subject of divine laws? And what is the relationship of this to contemporary reality, especially in the midst of the challenges that the Islamic nation is suffering from? The research aims to clarify the concept of divine laws in the Holy Qur’an and their characteristics, as well as to highlight the necessity of knowing divine laws because of their role in shaping human and faith-based awareness. It also aims to present a scientific methodology for understanding and applying divine laws in a way that is appropriate for the modern era. It also aims to highlight the importance of balance between stability and renewal in dealing with divine laws, The study adopted an objective analytical approach, through studying and objectively analyzing Qur'anic texts related to divine laws, in addition to using the comparative method by comparing the results of this analysis with contemporary societal experiences and practices in order to understand how divine laws are applied practically, To clarify the extent of the harmony of divine laws with the social, economic and political reality, and among the most prominent results reached by the research: that the word “laws” in the Qur’anic context has connotations similar in meaning, including: the laws of God Almighty, that is, the ways by which God Almighty directs this universe, both above and below, according to His will and absolute wisdom, and in a way that achieves the interest of man in the present and the future, Divine laws are fixed and unchanging, but they are flexible in their application according to the circumstances of time and place. Understanding God’s laws in the universe and in societies is a methodological and fundamental necessity for Muslims in particular and for humanity in general, due to their importance in shaping human consciousness and the development of societies, Furthermore, ignorance of God's laws leads to human stagnation, societal weakness, and failure. Conversely, understanding these divine laws contributes to strengthening sound moral, social, and political structures in modern societies.
