الخصائص السيكومترية لمقياس السكينة النفسية لدى المعلمات

مستخلص البحث: هدف البحث إلى إعداد مقياس السكينة النفسية لدي المُعلمات ، وقد ُطبق مقياس السكينة النفسية على عينة قوامها (153) مُعلمة ، تتراوح أعمارهن بين(37- 55) عاماً، وبمتوسط عمرى (45) عاماً، وبلغ الإنحراف المعيارى للعمر الزمنى (3.7835) عاماً، بلغ عدد مواقف المقياس فى صورته النهائية (26) موقفاً، تكون من أربعة أبعاد وهي: (تقبل الذات ،الرضا عن الذات، السلام النفسي ، والسعادة الذاتية). وقد تم التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية للمقياس بإستخدام التحليل العاملى التوكيدي للتحقق من صدق المقياس، كما حسبت قيمة الثبات للمقياس باستخدام طريقة ألفا كرونباخ للمقياس ككل التي بلغت (0.965)، وبناءً على ذلك فقد تمتع المقياس بالصدق والثبات ويمكن استخدامه علمياً فى البيئة المصرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: السكينة النفسية- المُعلمات. Abstract: The Research aimed to develop a Psychological Calmness Scale for female teachers. The scale was applied to a sample of (153) female teachers, aged between (37 : 55) years, with a mean age of (45) years and a standard deviation of (3.7835) years. The final version of the scale consisted of (26) attitude. It consists of four dimensions: (self-acceptance, self-satisfaction, psychological peace, and personal happiness).The psychometric properties of the scale were verified using Confirmatory factor analysis to confirm its validity. The reliability of the scale was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method, yielding a value of (0.965) for the entire scale. Based on these results, the scale demonstrated both validity and reliability and can be scientifically used in the Egyptian context. Keywords: Psychological Calmness - Female Teachers.
