فاعلية استخدام عدسات إرلن الملونة في التخفيف من حدة تشتت الانتباه وفرط الحركة لدي عينة من المراهقين الذين يعانون من متلازمة إرلن

مستخلص البحث: تهدف الدراسة الحالية الي التحقق من فاعلية نظارات إرلن الملونة في التخفيف من أعراض نقص الانتباه وفرط الحركة لدي المراهقين الذين يعانون من متلازمة ارلن. استخدمت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي ذو المجموعة الواحدة (قبلي وبعدي وتتبعي) أجريت هذه الدراسة على المراهقين المترددين على مركز ارلن مصر تكونت عينة الدراسة من 6 مراهقين مقسمين بالتساوي من الذكور والاناث وتم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين (13- 18) عام. اسفرت نتائج الدراسة على وجود فروق دالة احصائيا على تخفيف حدة اعراض اضطراب نقص الانتباه المصحوب بفرط الحركة فبل وبعد استخدام نظارات ارلن الملونة كما توجد فروق دالة بين الذكور والاناث في تخفيف نظارات ارلن الملونة لحدة الاضطراب لصالح الاناث ولا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا بين الأكبر سنا والاصغر سنا بعد استخدام نظارات ارلن الملونة كما اثبتت الدراسة فاعلية ثبات التأثير الإيجابي لنظارات ارلن بعد مضي شهر من الاستخدام. الكلمات المفتاحية: اضطراب تشتت الانتباه وفرط الحركة – متلازمة الحساسية الضوئية (متلازمة ارلن) - نظارات ارلن الملونة. Abstract: The study problem can be formulated in this question: Does Irlen colored lenses have an effect on reducing the severity of symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in a sample of adolescents suffering from Irlen syndrome?. The study objective is to explore the effectiveness of using Irlen colored lenses in reducing the severity of attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder for a sample of adolescents suffering from Irlen syndrome. The study significance is crystallized in the attempt to reduce the symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in adolescents who have Irlen syndrome and improve their behavior. Study Hypothesis is stated in that: There are statistically significant differences between the level of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in a sample of adolescents who suffer from Irlen syndrome pre/post their use of Irlen colored lenses, in favor of the use at a significant level of (0.05). Study Method: The study will depend on the quasi-experimental approach, using the one-group experimental design. The Study Sample consists of (6) adolescents, (3 males and 3 females) with Irlen syndrome diagnosed with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, whose age stages range from (12-18) years. Study Instruments: A Preliminary Data Form, for people with Irlen syndrome and suffering from Attention Deficit/ Hyperactivity Disorder (by the researcher), Scale of Irlen Cognitive, IRPS 2010, The Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Test, (by Abdel-Raqib El-Behairy 2014). Statistical Approaches: Mann-Whitney Nonparametric Test and Wilcoxon Nonparametric Test.
