Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effect of using a neuromuscular warm-up system on the range of motion variables of the lower limb among the research sample and the skill performance level in the triple jump competition among the research sample. The researcher used the experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design for two groups, one experimental and the other control, which was suitable for the nature of the research. The researcher selected the research sample intentionally from second-year female students of the Faculty of Sports Science at Helwan University, which included (38 students) for the academic year 2023/2024. They were divided into the control group (15 students), the experimental group (15 students), and the exploratory group (8 students). The research experiment was conducted at the Faculty of Sports Science for Girls in Al-Jazeera, where tests and measurements were carried out.One of the main data collection methods was surveying expert opinions to determine the parameters of the proposed training program in terms of the program duration, number of training units, and duration of each training unit. One of the key findings was that the implementation of the training program using neuromuscular warm-up exercises had a positive impact on improving the range of motion and the skill level in the triple jump event.
