The Study aims to shed light on cloud computing in general, and hybrid cloud in particular, Which combines local, public, and private clouds to improve scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency, and how to achieve a balance between cost, performance, and security when setting up a hybrid cloud in era of generative artificial intelligence. The study also analyzed and presented the hybrid cloud Instructure, the steps for creating a hybrid cloud strategy, how to transfer data and applications in in hybrid cloud environment, studied its advantages and disadvantages, and the practical steps for the success of a hybrid cloud strategy , The role of backups in disaster recovery, best practices for backups highlighting the callenges in creating backups, and presenting the IT governance policy and its impact on information enterprise services, the role of generative artificial intelligence in IT governance. The study also presented some hybrid cloud providers and the services they provide, such as Azure Microsoft ،Amazon Web Services (AWS) ، Google cloud Platform ، IBM Cloud. The study relies on a descriptive approach, which enables data to be collected, analyzed, and generalized to positive results. The study seeks to identify best practies that contribute to data preservation and mangemant within information instituations .
