الأسس المنهجية في القضاء على التمييز العنصري بين المنهج الإسلامي والإعلان العالمي لحقوق الإنسان Methodological foundations in eliminating racial discrimination between the Islamic approach and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights

ملخص البحث تناول هذه البحث التعريف بالتمييز العنصري والأسس التي وضعها المنهج الإسلامي في القضاء على هذه الظاهرة، سواء من ناحية وقاية المجتمع من الظاهرة وسلبياتها الخطيرة، أو من ناحية علاج مظاهر وآثار هذه الظاهرة إن وقعت في المجتمع الإسلامي، وقد تضمن المنهج الإسلامي عددا من الأسس والركائز التي تضمن للأمة سلامتها من التمييز العنصري منها: تقرير التساوي بين البشر في الخلق والاتصال بالخالق، وترسيخ قيم العبودية والإخوة الإنسانية وإثبات الكرامة الإنسانية لكل البشر، والدعوة إلى التسامح والقضاء على نزعات الجاهلية. وقام الجانب الوقائي على أساس القضاء على نزعات الجاهلية، والتصدي لوقائع التمييز العنصري والسعي إلى عتق العبيد بكل ما أوتي من السبل. وقد أوصت الدراسة بتوجيه مزيد البحوث إلى دراسة القيم في القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية، وصياغة منظومات متكاملة تمثل مجالات مختلفة في الجوانب الاجتماعية: كجوانب حقوق الإنسان، وجوانب التعايش، وجوانب التسامح، وجوانب الرفق بالحيوان وغير ذلك، مع بيان الإشادة بالمكارم العامة للشريعة الإسلامية. Study Summary: This study explores the concept of racial discrimination and the foundational principles established by the Islamic approach to eliminate this phenomenon. It examines both preventive measures to protect society from its dangers and corrective solutions for addressing its manifestations and effects if they arise within an Islamic community. The Islamic methodology encompasses several fundamental principles ensuring the nation's immunity against racial discrimination, including affirming equality among humans in creation and their relationship with the Creator, fostering the values of servitude to God and human brotherhood, recognizing the inherent dignity of all people, and promoting tolerance while eradicating pre-Islamic prejudices. The preventive aspect is based on eliminating pre-Islamic tendencies, actively confronting incidents of racial discrimination, and striving to liberate enslaved individuals through all available means. The study recommends further research on values found in the Quran and Sunnah, with the aim of developing comprehensive frameworks that address various social aspects, such as human rights, coexistence, tolerance, and animal welfare, while highlighting the universal ethical values of Islamic law.
