الحمد لله، والصلاة السلام على رسول الله، أما بعد: فإن الرسالة مكونة من مقدمة، وتمهيد، وخمسة مباحث، وخاتمة، ومجموعة من الفهارس؛ فالمقدمة، فيها: موضوع البحث، وأهميته، وأهدافه، وأسباب اختياره، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهجه، وفي التمهيد تعريف علم الجدل، والجدل القرآني، فالمبحث الأول فيع استمداد الجدل القرآني عند الحنابلة، وفي المبحث الثاني موضوعات الجدل القرآني عند الحنابلة، وفي المبحث الثالث وظائف الجدل القرآني عند الحنابلة، وفي المبحث الرابع منهج الاستشهاد بالجدل القرآني عند الحنابلة، وفي المبحث الخامس منهج استقراء شواهد الجدل القرآني عند الحنابلة، وفي الخاتمة: أبرز النتائج، والتوصيات، ثم فهارس للآيات القرآنية، والأعلام، والمصادر والمراجع، والموضوعات. Praise be to Allah, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. This thesis consists of an introduction, a preface, five chapters, a conclusion, and a set of indices. The Introduction discusses the topic of the research, its significance, objectives, reasons for choosing it, previous studies, the research plan, and its methodology. The Preface includes definitions of the science of dialectics and Qur’anic dialectics. Chapter One addresses the sources from which the Hanbalīs derived their understanding of Qur’anic dialectics. Chapter Two explores the themes of Qur’anic dialectics according to the Hanbalīs. Chapter Three examines the functions of Qur’anic dialectics in Hanbalī scholarship. Chapter Four studies the methodology of citing Qur’anic dialectical arguments among the Hanbalīs. Chapter Five investigates the method of inductively analyzing Qur’anic dialectical evidence in Hanbalī works. The Conclusion presents the key findings and recommendations. The Indices include Qur’anic verses, biographical entries, references, and topics.
