الأصل في المسلم البقاء في ديار المسلمين لأنهم أمة واحدة ولا يعيش بين الكفار إلا لمصلحة شديدة راجحة لا يحصلها في بلاد المسلمين ، وأنه لا يجاور الكفار إلا لضرورة ، وقد كثر في زماننا ، وترتب على ذلك أحكام فقهية مستقاة من الشريعة الإسلامية ، وللإقامة خارج ديار الإسلام مخاطرها الكثيرة التي تنشأ عن المعايشة اليومية لثقافات ، وعادات مخالفة صراحى للعقيدة والشريعة ، وهي بقية حضارات وثنية ، وبراجماتية ، وسفسطية وحضارات لا تنبثق من هدايات الأنبياء، والناس كإبل مائة لا تكاد تجد فيها راحلة ، والناس كسرب القطا يتبع بعضهم بعضا ، والتقليد اصل في الناس وطبيعة لا ينفك عنها ، فالضعيف يقلد القوي إذا عاش بين ظهرانيهم، لذا كان ذلك البحث كمحاولة لبيان حكم ذلك الفعل ، وما يترتب عليه من النوازل الاجتماعية ، وببنت إشكالية العلاقة بين الجنسين وإشكالية تلك المسائل ، واختلافها فروعها وأصولها التي ترجع إليها ، وبينت حكم المباح من ذلك ، وحدوده وضوابطه ، ومنها التهنئة بأعيادهم الدينية ، وحكم شهودها وحضورها والاحتفال فيها ، وحق الآباء في الرقابة على الناشئة والأطفال الصغار في وسائل الإتصالات الحديثة في ديار الغرب ، مع منع الأنظمة الغربية ، وتأديب الأطفال مع منعهم ذلك ، وأحكام اللباس والزينة حدوده وضوابطه في ديار الغرب.The basic principle for a Muslim is to remain in Muslim lands because they are one nation, and he does not live among the infidels except for a strong and overwhelming benefit that he does not obtain in Muslim countries, and he does not live next to the infidels except out of necessity, and this has increased in our time, and as a result there are jurisprudential rulings drawn from Islamic law.Residence outside the lands of Islam has many dangers that arise from daily coexistence with cultures and customs that are openly contrary to doctrine and Sharia, which are the remnants of pagan, pragmatic, and sophistical civilizations, and civilizations that do not emerge from the guidance of the prophets.
