Abstract

This research aims to design an educational program using hologram pyramid technology to investigate its effect on the performance level of the basic kettlebell exercises (under study) for fourth-year female students at the Faculty of Sports Science, University of Sadat City. The researchers employed the experimental method with a pre-test/post-test design involving a single experimental group as it is suitable for the nature of this research. The total research sample was intentionally selected from fourth-year female students specializing in Exercises and Sports Shows (Specialization I and II). The main sample consisted of 12 female students from the specialization II Exercises at the Faculty of Sport Sciences, University of Sadat City. In addition, an exploratory sample of 10 female students from the same research population but outside the main research sample was selected to calculate the scientific coefficients (validity and reliability) of the cognitive test under investigation. The most important findings of the study revealed that the use of Hologram Pyramid Technology led to statistically significant differences between the pre- and post-tests of the research group in the performance level of the basic kettlebell exercises (under study), favoring of the post-test.
