تقييـم فاعليـة خـدمـات الإرشـاد الهاتفـي فـي مواجهـة المشكـلات والأزمـات الأسريـة بجمعيـات التنميـة الأسريـة بمنطقـة القصيـم Evaluating the effectiveness of telephone counseling services in addressing family problems and crises in family development associations in the Qassim region

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع خدمات الإرشاد الهاتفي التي تقدمها جمعيات التنمية الأسرية المعنيّة في مواجهة المشكلات والأزمات الأسرية من وجهة نظر المسترشدين، ومعرفة مستوى رضا المسترشدين عن خدمات الإرشاد الهاتفي الذي تقدمه جمعيات التنمية الأسرية، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (42) فردا (11 ذكور – 31 إناث) من المسترشدين الذين يستخدمون الإرشاد الهاتفي، واشتملت الأدوات على استبانة من إعداد الباحثين لمعرفة آراء المسترشدين حول واقع ومعوقات الخدمات المقدمة في الإرشاد الهاتفي، ومقياس الرضا من خدمات الإرشاد الهاتفي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تشخص واقع ومعوقات خدمات الإرشاد الهاتفي من وجهة نظر المسترشدين وتدور حول جودة وسهولة الاتصال، كفاءة الاخصائي، الاستجابة للمشكلة وفعالية الحلول والاستشارات المقدمة، السرية والأمانة، المتابعة، وجدوى الإرشاد الهاتفي، كما أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود مستوى مرتفع من الرضا حول خدمات الإرشاد الهاتفي. This study aimed to identify the reality of telephone counseling services provided by family development associations concerned with addressing family problems and crises from the perspective of those seeking counseling, and to determine the level of satisfaction of those seeking counseling with these services. The study sample consisted of 42 individuals (11 males and 31 females) who use telephone counseling. The instruments included a questionnaire developed by the researchers to gather the opinions of those seeking counseling about the reality and obstacles of the telephone counseling services, and a satisfaction scale for these services. The study reached a set of conclusions that diagnose the reality and obstacles of telephone counseling services from the perspective of those seeking counseling. These conclusions revolve around the quality and ease of communication, the competence of the specialist, the responsiveness to the problem and the effectiveness of the solutions and consultations provided, confidentiality and honesty, follow-up, and the feasibility of telephone counseling. The results also indicated a high level of satisfaction with telephone counseling services.
