ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية: هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على دور المبادرات الرئاسية كآلية لتنمية مهارات الشباب الجامعي وتأهيلهم لسوق العمل من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع، وذلك من خلال دراسة مطبقة على طلاب جامعة أسوان المستفيدين من المبادرة الرئاسية «كن مستعدًا». وانطلقت الدراسة من هدف رئيس يتمثل في الكشف عن دور المبادرات الرئاسية في تنمية مهارات الشباب الجامعي لسوق العمل، وتفرع عنه عدد من الأهداف الفرعية تمثلت في تحديد دور المبادرات الرئاسية في تنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل، والذكاء العاطفي، والعمل الفريقي، والتخطيط المالي لدى الشباب الجامعي، فضلًا عن تحديد الصعوبات التي تواجه المبادرات في تنمية مهارات الشباب الجامعي، والتوصل إلى مقترحات لتفعيل المبادرات. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى فاعلية المبادرة الرئاسية «كن مستعدًا» في تنمية مهارات الشباب الجامعي اللازمة لسوق العمل، حيث أسهمت بدرجة مرتفعة في تنمية مهارات الاتصال والتواصل، والذكاء العاطفي، والعمل الفريقي، والتخطيط المالي لدى الشباب الجامعي المستفيدين من المبادرة. كما كشفت النتائج عن وجود بعض الصعوبات التي تواجه تنفيذ المبادرة في تنمية مهارات الشباب الجامعي، وانتهت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع يركز على تفعيل أدوار المنظم الاجتماعي بما يسهم في تعزيز فاعلية المبادرة الرئاسية وتحقيق الاستدامة في تأهيل الشباب الجامعي لسوق العمل.الكلمات المفتاحية: المبادرات الرئاسية، الشباب ، سوق العمل Summary of the study in Arabic:The aim of the current study is to identify the effective presidential initiatives to develop the skills of university youth and prepare them for the way of work in order to organize society, through a study applied to the students of Aswan University who benefited from the presidential initiative "Be Ready". The main objective of the study is to reveal the round of presidential initiatives in developing the skills of university youth for action, and branching out from it is the number of sub-objectives, which is to determine the round of presidential initiatives in the development of communication and communication skills, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and financial planning among university youth, as well as identifying the difficulties facing the initiatives in developing the skills of university youth, and coming up with proposals to activate the initiatives. And the results of the study showed the effectiveness of the presidential initiative "Be Ready" in developing the skills of university youth necessary for the job market, as it contributed to a high degree in the development of communication and communication skills, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and financial planning among the university youth who benefited from the initiative. The results also revealed the existence of some difficulties that face the implementation of the initiative in developing the skills of the university youth, and the study concludes with the proposed concept of the method of organizing the society, focusing on the activation of the roles of the social order to contribute to the effectiveness of the presidential initiative and the investigation of sustainability in the qualification of the university youth for the work.Key words: presidential initiatives, Al-Shabaab, Sooq al-Alam
