الثقة المؤسسية والتخطيط التنموي بوحدات الإدارة المحلية

ملخص الدراسة: استهدفت الدراسة تحديد العلاقة بين الثقة المؤسسية وتطبيق التخطيط التنموي بوحدات الإدارة المحلية، والتوصل إلى خطة تنموية مقترحة لتطوير وحدات الإدارة المحلية في إطار الثقة المؤسسية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستوى الثقة المؤسسية بوحدات الإدارة المحلية ككل جاء مرتفعاً، كما أن مستوى تطبيق التخطيط التنموي بوحدات الإدارة المحلية ككل مرتفعاً، وجاء مستوى الصعوبات التي تواجه إسهامات الثقة المؤسسية في تطبيق التخطيط التنموي بوحدات الإدارة المحلية متوسط، بينما كان مستوى مقترحات تفعيل إسهامات الثقة المؤسسية في تطبيق التخطيط التنموي بوحدات الإدارة المحلية مرتفع، وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة طردية دالة إحصائياً بين الثقة المؤسسية وتطبيق التخطيط التنموي بوحدات الإدارة المحلية، وأن أكثر أبعاد الثقة المؤسسية ارتباطاً بتطبيق التخطيط التنموي بوحدات الإدارة المحلية تمثلت فيما يلي: الثقة في الأسلوب القيادي السائد، ثم الثقة في تحقيق الذات، يليه الثقة في القيم السائدة، ثم الثقة في تدفق المعلومات، وأخيراً الثقة في السياسات الإدارية.summary: The study aimed to determine the relationship between institutional trust and the implementation of development planning in local administration units, and to arrive at a proposed development plan to develop local administration units within the fram of institutional trust.
