برنامج مقترح لتوظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية التحصيل الدراسي لدى الشباب الجامعي من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية

المستخلص استهدفت الدراسة الحالية التوصل إلى برنامج مقترح لتوظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية التحصيل الدراسي لدى الشباب الجامعي من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية، من خلال مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية شملت تحديد دور هذه الأدوات في تنمية المعارف والمهارات الأكاديمية، وإسهاماتها في تعزيز الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو التعلم، فضلًا عن رصد المعوقات التي تحد من استخدامها، وتحديد الآليات المقترحة لتعزيز توظيفها من منظور الممارسة العامة في الخدمة الاجتماعية، وذلك في ضوء التحولات الرقمية المتسارعة التي يشهدها التعليم الجامعي، وما تفرضه من أدوار مهنية جديدة على مؤسسات الخدمة الاجتماعية. وتنتمي الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية، واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي، وطُبقت على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (313) طالبًا وطالبة من الشباب الجامعي بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية – جامعة أسوان، باستخدام استبانة من تصميم الباحث.وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى إدراك مرتفع لدى الشباب الجامعي لأهمية أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تنمية المعارف المرتبطة بالتحصيل الدراسي، حيث بلغ المتوسط المرجح للبعد المعرفي (2.49)، كما أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع مستوى إسهامات هذه الأدوات في تنمية المهارات الأكاديمية بمتوسط مرجح (2.50)، وفي تعزيز الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو التعلم بمتوسط مرجح (2.50)، مما يعكس دورها في دعم التعلم التفاعلي وزيادة دافعية الطلاب للإنجاز الأكاديمي، في المقابل، كشفت النتائج عن وجود معوقات في مستوى متوسط، تمثلت أبرزها في ضعف توظيف بعض أعضاء هيئة التدريس لأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي، ونقص الإمكانات التكنولوجية والتدريب الكافي داخل الكلية، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة التي حظيت بدرجة مرتفعة من القبول، أبرزها توفير الدعم الفني المستمر، وعقد ورش تدريبية متخصصة للطلاب، بما يدعم بناء البرنامج المقترح من منظور مهني تطبيقي.الكلمات المفتاحية: الخدمة الاجتماعية – الممارسة العامة – الذكاء الاصطناعي – التحصيل الدراسي – الشباب الجامعي.AbstractThe present study aimed to develop a proposed program for employing artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance academic achievement among university youth from the perspective of generalist social work practice. This was achieved through a set of sub-objectives, including identifying the role of AI tools in developing academic knowledge and skills, examining their contributions to fostering positive attitudes toward learning, identifying the barriers that limit their use, and proposing mechanisms to enhance their utilization within the framework of generalist social work practice. The study was conducted in light of the rapid digital transformations taking place in university education and the new professional roles imposed on social work institutions as a result.The study falls within the descriptive research tradition and adopted the social survey method. It was applied to a stratified random sample consisting of 313 male and female university students from the Faculty of Social Work at Aswan University, using a questionnaire designed by the researcher.The findings indicated a high level of awareness among university youth regarding the importance of AI tools in developing knowledge related to academic achievement, with the cognitive dimension recording a weighted mean of (2.49). The results also revealed a high level of contribution of AI tools to the development of academic skills, with a weighted mean of (2.50), as well as to the enhancement of positive attitudes toward learning, with a weighted mean of (2.50). These findings reflect the role of AI tools in supporting interactive learning and increasing students’ motivation for academic achievement. Conversely, the results revealed the presence of barriers at a moderate level, most notably the limited use of AI tools by some faculty members, insufficient technological resources, and inadequate training within the college. In addition, the study identified a set of proposed mechanisms that received a high level of acceptance, particularly the provision of continuous technical support and the organization of specialized training workshops for students, thereby supporting the development of the proposed program from an applied professional perspective.Keywords:Social Work; Generalist Practice; Artificial Intelligence; Academic Achievement; University Youth.
