ملخص الدراسة تُعدّ الجمعيات الأهلية ركيزة أساسية في تعزيز التنمية المجتمعية وتلبية احتياجات الفئات المستهدفة، خاصة في ظل محدودية الموارد الحكومية وتزايد التحديات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية. ومع ذلك، تواجه العديد من هذه الجمعيات تحديات جوهرية في توفير الموارد المالية والبشرية اللازمة لاستدامة أنشطتها وتوسيع نطاق خدماتها. وتبرز هذه المشكلة بوضوح في ظل ضعف آليات تنمية الموارد، وقصور مهارات الكوادر العاملة في مجال جمع التبرعات وتنمية الموارد بالجمعيات الاهلية وكتابة المقترحات التمويلية الكلمات المفتاحية : برنامج تدريبي - مهارات الاخصائيين الاجتماعيين -المقترحات التمويلية Abstract Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are a cornerstone in promoting community development and meeting the needs of target groups, especially given limited government resources and increasing social and economic challenges. However, many of these organizations face significant challenges in securing the necessary financial and human resources to sustain their activities and expand their services. This problem is particularly evident in the weakness of resource development mechanisms and the lack of skills among staff working in fundraising, resource development, and writing funding proposals within NGOs.
