الملخص :يتسم عصرنا الحالى بمجموعة من التحولات والتغيرات ، والتي أدت الى التغير المتلاحق والسريع على جميع المستويات ومن ضمن هذه التحولات، التطور الهائل والمتسارع في سوق العمل نتيجة الثورة التكنولوجية والتحول الرقمي والاعتماد المتزايد على الذكاء الاصطناعي والروبوتات في مختلف المجالاتفقد تغيرت طبيعة الوظائف بشكل جذري، حيث تراجعت الحاجة إلى بعض المهن التقليدية وظهرت في المقابل وظائف جديدة تتطلب مهارات رقمية وإبداعية واتصالية عالية.إن هذا التحول السريع جعل من الضروري إعادة النظر في مهارات القوى العاملة وخاصة فئة الشباب الذين يمثلون الركيزة الأساسية للتنمية المستقبليةويعتبر الشباب أساس عملية هذه التنمية في كل المجتمعات حيث تكمن أهمية فئة الشباب بما لديهم من قدرة على التطوير والتغيير، لأنهم يتمتعون بصفات عدة تساعدهم على ذلك مثل النشاط والقوة الجسدية والفكرية وغيرها وبالتالى كان من الضرورى تزويد الشباب بالمهارات اللازمة للنجاح في القرن الحادي والعشرين.كما تعد مراكز الشباب ، من أهم مجالات الإستثمار الحقيقي للثروة البشرية، التي تهدف إلى تفعيل دور الشباب لإثراء كل مجالات الحياة وتحويل الطاقة البشرية الكامنة لديهم إلى طاقة منتجةوتعمل الخدمة الاجتماعية على تمكين الأفراد وخاصة الشباب من مواجهة التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وتزويدهم بالمهارات التي تؤهلهم للتفاعل الإيجابي مع سوق العمل.وفي ضوء ما سبق عرضه تتبلور مشكلة الدراسة في اختبار فاعلية برنامج التدخل المهني للخدمة الاجتماعية لتنمية مهارات وظائف المستقبل لدى الشباب.الكلمات المفتاحية :(التدخل المهنى للخدمة الاجتماعية - مهارات وظائف المستقبل - الشباب )Abstract: Our current era is characterized by a set of transformations and changes, which have led to successive and rapid change at all levels. Among these transformations is the massive and accelerating development in the labor market as a result of the technological revolution, digital transformation, and increasing reliance on artificial intelligence and robotics in various fields. The nature of jobs has changed radically, as the need for some traditional professions has declined, and new jobs have emerged that require high digital, creative, and communication skills. This rapid transformation has made it necessary to reconsider the skills of the workforce, especially the youth group, who represent the basic pillar of future development Youth are considered the basis of this development process in all societies, where the importance of the youth group lies in their ability to develop and change, because they have several qualities that help them to do so, such as activity, physical and intellectual strength, etc. Therefore, it was necessary to provide young people with the skills necessary for success in the twenty-first century.Social wok works to enable individuals, especially young people, to face social and economic changes, and to provide them with the skills that qualify them to interact positively with the labor market.In light of what was previously presented, the problem of the study crystallizes in testing the effectiveness of the social wok vocational intervention program to develop youth skills for future jobs.Keywords:(Professional intervention for social wok - skills for future jobs - youth)
