ملخص يشهد العالم العديد من المتغيرات في شتى المجالات العلمية والتكنولوجيـة، وخاصة مجـال الاتصالات والمعلومات الرقمية، وما أحدثه ذلك من سهولة في عمليات التواصـل بـين الأفراد والوصول إلى مصادر المعلومات، ولقد نتج عنه ظهور ما يسمى بـ (المجتمع الرقمي) حيث يتفاعل فيه أفراده مع بعضهم البعض من خلال الواقع الافتراضي وقد أدي هذا التطور السريع في تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات الى تطور الأنترنت وظهور وسائل الإعلام الجديدة وشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي المتنوعة والتي سهلت سرعة الحصول على المعلومات ونشرها بين الناس، كما نجم عن استخداماتها تشكيل الفضاء الرمزي والجماعات الافتراضية التي شكلت إطاراً جديداً للعلاقات الاجتماعية؛ تخطى فيه تفاعل الإنسان حاجز الزمان والمكان، مما أحدث تأثير لا يمكن إغفاله وتهدف الممارسة الرقمية لخدمة الجماعة إلى إعادة تشكيل العلاقة المهنية بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي وأعضاء الجماعة، ودعم التفكير الجيد حول أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي في العصر الرقمي، كما تساعد على تفعيل العلاج الجماعي بين العملاء، فقد أصبحت وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وسيلة قوية للاستفادة من الحشد الجماعي، وذلك للانخراط في هذه الجهود العلاجية، كما وفرت المجتمعات الافتراضية ومنصات الشبكات الاجتماعية فرصاً جديدة لإشراك جماعات دعم أوسع وحشد الجهود الجماعية في حل المشكلات. ومما تقدم يتضح أن اتجاه خدمة الجماعة نحو التحول الرقمي أصبح أمراً حتمياً لا مفر منه، فالوضع الراهن يحتم على أخصائي العمل مع الجماعات إعادة هيكلة مهارات الممارسة التقليدية لخدمة الجماعة، واستخدام آليات التحول الرقمي في ممارسة طريقة العمل مع الجماعات في مجال رعاية الشباب، حيث أن التحول إلي الممارسة الرقمية لطريقة خدمة الجماعة يستدعي تحديث المعارف والمهارات والوسائل التي تتناسب مع طبيعة هذا التحول، وبناءً عليه فأخصائي العمل مع الجماعات بحاجة إلى التأقلم مع المتطلبات الجديدة للممارسة في عصر المعلومات، وينبغي عليه أن يكتسب مهارات مناسبة لاستخدام التكنولوجيا في الممارسة المهنية لطريقة خدمة الجماعة. Abstract The world is witnessing many changes in various scientific and technological fields, especially in the field of digital communications and information, and the resulting ease in communication processes between individuals and access to information sources. This has led to the emergence of what is called the “digital society,” in which its members interact with each other through virtual reality This rapid development in information and communication technology has led to the development of the internet and the emergence of new media and diverse social networks, which have facilitated the rapid acquisition and dissemination of information among people. Its uses have also resulted in the formation of symbolic space and virtual communities, which have formed a new framework for social relations; Human interaction transcended the barriers of time and space, creating an undeniable impact Digital group work practice aims to reshape the professional relationship between social workers and group members, fostering critical thinking about the social worker's role in the digital age. It also facilitates group therapy among clients, as social media has become a powerful tool for leveraging collective engagement in therapeutic efforts. Virtual communities and social networking platforms have provided new opportunities to involve broader support groups and mobilize collective efforts in problem-solving From the above, it is clear that the digital transformation of group work has become inevitable. The current situation necessitates that group work professionals restructure their traditional group work practice skills and utilize digital transformation mechanisms in their work with youth. The shift to digital group work practice requires updating knowledge, skills, and methods to align with the nature of this transformation. Therefore, group work professionals need to adapt to the new requirements of practice in the information age and must acquire the appropriate skills to use technology in their professional group work practice.
