Abstract

This study explores the influence of traditionally patterned graphic designs on marketing communication and consumer behaviour within the Saudi Arabian context. By integrating cultural elements into graphic design, brands can create visually compelling marketing materials that resonate deeply with the cultural values of the target audience. The research employed a quantitative approach, surveying marketing executives and consumers to assess the effectiveness of traditional patterns in enhancing brand identity, increasing consumer engagement, and driving purchase decisions. The findings reveal that traditionally patterned designs significantly enhance the memorability of marketing messages, promote consistency across various marketing channels, and facilitate the viral sharing of content. Overall, the study underscores the strategic importance of incorporating cultural symbols into graphic design to strengthen brand loyalty and improve marketing outcomes in a culturally rich market like Saudi Arabia.
