مراعاة نظم الصلاة وهيئتها ، دراسة فقهية مقارنة Observing the System and Form of Prayer: A Comparative Jurisprudential Study

إن شرف العبادة على قدر فائدتها وثمرتها ، فحيث عظمت الفائدة كانت العبادة أفضل ، والصلوات أفضل عبادات الأبدان بعد المعرفة والإيمان ، ومن هنا فقد تناول البحث موضوعاً له تعلق بأحكام الصلاة سميته بـ: ( مراعاة نظم الصلاة وهيئتها : دراسة فقهية مقارنة ) .وقد خلص الباحث من خلال بحثه إلى : أنه يقصد بمراعاة نظم الصلاة وهيئتها : تَقَصُّدُ استقامةِ الصلاة ، واتساقها ، وترابطها ، على الصفة المعلومة ، مع دوام الملاحظة ، والمراقبة ، وقد ظهر مراعاة نظم الصلاة وهيئتها في فروع فقهية من أبرزها : العناية بتسوية الصفوف ، وترتيب أركان الصلاة وأفعالها ، والهوي للسجود بالركبتين ثم اليدين ، والمجافاة في السجود ، وجعل ما أدركه المسبوق آخر صلاته وما يقصيه أولها ، وتجنب العمل الكثير والعبث في الصلاة ، والكلام فيها لغير مصلحتها ، وفرقعة الأصابع ، وتشبيكها ، والالتفات في الصلاة ، ورفع البصر ، والخصر ، والإقعاء فيها ، وذلك كله لتحقيق مقصد الصلاة ومراعاة هيئتها ونظمها وتحقيق الأدب فيها ، والبعد عما يرفع هيئة الصلاة ويباينها ، ويشعر بقلة الإقبال عليها ، والعناية بها ؛ إذن إن الصلاة عبادة عظيمة ، وشعيرة شريفة ، ينبغي أن يُقْدَرَ لها قدرها ، وأن تُعْطَى حقها ومستحقها. The honor of worship is commensurate with its benefit and fruit. Where the benefit is greatest, the worship is best, and prayers are the best of physical acts of worship after knowledge and faith. Hence, this research addresses a topic related to the rulings of prayer, which I have titled: (Observing the Order and Form of Prayer: A Comparative Jurisprudential Study). The researcher concluded from his research that observing the order and form of prayer means: intending the straightness, consistency, and coherence of the prayer, in the known manner, with constant observation and monitoring. Observing the order and form of prayer is evident in several jurisprudential branches, most notably: paying attention to straightening the rows, arranging the pillars and actions of prayer, prostrating with the knees first, then the hands, keeping the arms apart during prostration, making what a latecomer catches the end of his prayer, and what he leaves the beginning, avoiding excessive actions and fidgeting during prayer, speaking during it for reasons other than its benefit, cracking the fingers, and interlacing them. Turning one's head during prayer, raising one's gaze, bending one's hips, and sitting in a squatting position are all part of achieving the purpose of prayer, observing its proper form and structure, and embodying proper etiquette. One must avoid anything that detracts from the prayer's appearance, contradicts its essence, or suggests a lack of focus and devotion. Therefore, prayer is a great act of worship and a noble ritual that should be given its due respect and treated with the utmost care.
