تعتبر العمليات التجميلية فرعاً من فروع الطب، ومع تقدم علم الطب بتقنياته الحديثة، تنوعت واتسعت وتعددت أساليب هذه العمليات التجميلية، فكان لابد من بيان حكم الشرع لمثل هذه العمليات، يما يتماشى مع روح الشريعة الإسلامية ولا يتعارض مع نصوصها، وإن الناظر إلى الإسلام يجد أنه أباح للمرأة التزين، ووسَّعَ عليها أكثر مما وسع على الرجال في هذا الشأن وذلك فيما يمكن لها أن تتزين به لزوجها لتتمكن من إحصانه، ولكن الإسلام لم يطلق العنان لتلك الغرائز والرغبات ، بل حث على ضبطها ، وحَدَّد حدوداً ينبغي علينا عدم تعديها وحرَّم أشياءً ينبغي عدم انتهاكها ، ولم تكن تلك الحدود تحكُّماً في حياة البشر ولا تسلُّطاً عليهم، وإنما حددها - تعالى - حرصاً على إنسانية الإنسان، وكرماً منه في أن يرعى بنفسه مصلحة البشر فشرع التشريعات، وأرسل الرسل وأنزل الكتاب، هذا، ولقد ظهر في العصر الحديث من القضايا الطبية ما لا يحصى عدده، مع اختلاف مسمياتها وأسمائها، وألبس على البعض حلالها من حرامها، إلا أنه مهما اختلفت الأسماء، وتنوعت المسميات، والصور، فلله فيها حكمه يظهره لمن أراد من البشر، ولما كان الوجه هو أهم مواضع الجمال في المرأة، وكثرت حوله أسئلة كثيرة من النساء، أحببت أن أدلى بدلوي فيه ببحث تحت عنوان: التقنيات الحديثة لتجميل الوجه - البشرة نموذجاً - دراسة فقهية مقارنة . Cosmetic surgery is a branch of medicine. With the advancement of medical science and its modern technologies, the methods of these cosmetic procedures have diversified, expanded, and multiplied. Therefore, it became necessary to clarify the Islamic legal ruling on such procedures, in a manner consistent with the spirit of Islamic law and not contradicting its texts. A look at Islam reveals that it permits women to adorn themselves, and has granted them more leniency than men in this regard, specifically concerning what they can use to beautify themselves for their husbands to maintain their chastity. However, Islam does not give free rein to these instincts and desires; rather, it encourages their control, sets limits that should not be transgressed, and prohibits things that should not be violated. These limits are not intended to control or dominate people's lives, but rather, God Almighty has set them out of His concern for human dignity and His generosity in safeguarding human well-being. He has thus legislated laws, sent messengers, and revealed the Quran. Furthermore, countless medical issues have emerged in the modern era, with varying approaches. Its names and terms vary, and some people have confused its permissible and forbidden aspects. However, regardless of the names, the diversity of terms, and the forms it takes, God has His wisdom in all of this, which He reveals to whomever He wills. Since the face is the most important aspect of beauty in a woman, and many questions arise about it from women, I wanted to contribute my perspective with a research paper entitled: Modern Techniques for Facial Beautification – The Skin as a Model – A Comparative Jurisprudential Study.
