تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان معنى الإدمان الرقمي، وماهية المخدرات الرقمية وأنواعها، وكيفية تعاطيها، ومراحل وعلامات الإدمان الرقمي، ثم تطرقت بعد ذلك إلى معرفة التكييف الفقهي للمخدرات الرقمية، والحكم الشرعي لها، ثم بينت مدى تأثيرها على حياة الزوج من بداية الخطبة، وكيفية تأثيرها على الكفاءة في النكاح، ثم بعد ذلك تؤثر على الحياة الزوجية بين الزوجين فمن الممكن أن يطلق الرجل امرأته وهو تحت تأثير المخدرات الرقمية، أو تتضرر زوجته من أفعاله فترفع أمرها إلى القاضي ليفسخ هذه العلاقة فيخرب بيته، وتنهار أسرته، ويتشرد أولاده، وأخيرًا بينت مدى تأثير المخدرات الرقمية على ولاية الأب المدمن على ولاده، وكيف أنها تؤثر في ولايته على أولاده فلا يستطيع القيام على مصالحهم، أو تدبير شئونهم، ويجب في هذه الحالة أن تسند الولاية لمن يكون صفته العدالة والأمانة على هؤلاء الأطفال. Finally, it showed the extent of the impact of digital drugs on the guardianship of the addicted father over his children. And how this affects his guardianship over his children, preventing him from attending to their needs or managing their affairs. In this case, guardianship should be entrusted to someone who possesses the qualities of justice and trustworthiness towards these children.
