انتشر - في الآونة الأخيرة- علم الذكاء الاصطناعي وهو من التكنولوجيا الحديثة التي تتصف بالتقدم والتأثير السريع في مجالات مختلفة منها مجال الفتوى والإفتاء ؛ لأن لها مكانة عظيمة ومهمة في حياة المسلمين ؛ إذ يحتاجون إلى الاستفتاء والاستشارة الشرعية في مختلف جوانب حياتهم . ويهدف بحثي هذا إلى تعريف المخاطرة ، والذكاء الاصطناعي، وأنواعه ، ثم بيان حكم استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي ، والضوابط الشرعية لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي ، ثم تعريف الفتوى ، والمفتي وشروطه ، وكيفية استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في الفتوى ، وحكمها الفقهي ، ثم عرضت أهم التحديات الشرعية والأخلاقية وحلولها في الاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في الإفتاء، ثم عرضت مخاطر الذكاء الاصطناعي في الفتوى وآثاره . Artificial intelligence has recently become widespread. It is a modern technology characterized by rapid advancement and impact in various fields, including the field of fatwas and issuing religious rulings.Because it holds a great and important place in the lives of Muslims; they need religious rulings and legal. advice in various aspects of their lives . This research aims to define risk, artificial intelligence (AI), and its types; then explain the ruling on the use of AI, the Sharia-compliant controls for its use, then define fatwas, the mufti and his qualifications, how AI is used in issuing fatwas, and its jurisprudential ruling . Then it addressed the most important legal and ethical challenges and their solutions in relying on artificial intelligence in issuing fatwas, and then it addressed the risks of artificial intelligence in issuing fatwas and its effects .
